Who is Home Edit?

Home Edit is a UK-based manufacturer of framed artwork and cushions, supplying retailers including furniture stores, department stores, garden centres, and independent gift shops.

Do you sell directly to the public?

No. We are a trade-only supplier, and our products are available exclusively to approved retail partners.

Becoming a Stockist

How do I become a stockist?

We’re always looking to expand our network of retailers. Simply complete our online application form or get in touch with us directly. If your application is successful, you’ll be given access to place orders for your business.

Who do you supply?

We work with a wide range of retail businesses, from independent shops to larger retail groups across the UK and internationally.

Where are your products made?

All of our framed artwork is made to order in our UK studio. Each piece is carefully crafted by our team, ensuring quality and consistency.

What products do you offer?

Can I choose sizes and frame options?

Yes — most artwork is available in a range of sizes and frame finishes. These options are shown on each product page.

Can I request more product images?

Of course. If you need additional images or a closer look at a product, we’re happy to provide more details or arrange a video call.

Lead Times & Availability

What are your lead times?

  • Framed Artwork & Mirrors: Typically 3–4 weeks (may vary during busy periods).
  • Cushions & Accessories: عادة in stock and dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Delivery

UK Mainland

  • Free delivery on larger orders (thresholds apply).
  • Smaller orders are subject to a delivery charge.
  • Delivery is Monday–Friday

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland

  • Free delivery available above set order values.
  • Delivery charges apply below threshold.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Customers may also arrange collection from our UK warehouse.

How are orders delivered?

Larger items are delivered via pallet courier, and we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Smaller items may be sent via standard courier.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Debit and credit cards
  • Bank transfer (BACS)

Do you offer credit terms?

New accounts are operated on a proforma basis. Credit terms may be considered after an order history has been established.

When do I need to pay?

Orders must be paid for before production or dispatch. For larger orders, a deposit may be accepted with the balance due before shipping.

Returns & Damages

What is your returns policy?

  • Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Images and details must be provided.
  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please sign for the delivery as damaged and contact us within 48 hours with images. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

How should returns be packaged?

Items should be securely packaged to prevent further damage. Original packaging is preferred where possible.

What happens after a return is received?

Once inspected, a credit note will be issued where appropriate.

Additional Information

Is your packaging suitable for direct-to-customer shipping?

Our packaging is designed for delivery to retailers. If you plan to ship items onward, we recommend repackaging.

Placing Orders

How do I place an order?

Once your account is approved, you can order directly through our website. Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout.

What happens after I place an order?

Once payment is received, your order will be processed. Made-to-order items will go into production, and in-stock items will be prepared for dispatch.
